With nearly 30 years of experience in the United States Bankruptcy Court, I have served both as an attorney and as a Bankruptcy Trustee. My extensive background encompasses representing debtors in filing bankruptcies, as well as advocating for creditors, including individuals, businesses, government entities, and financial institutions. I am proud to be one of only five Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees and also serve as a Chapter 11 Subchapter V Bankruptcy Trustee.
